Basic< /b>responsibilities:

• Communication with clients in social networks Join UP! and SkyUp according to company rules
• Monitoring mentions in social networks and other online sites;
< li>Respond to comments, messages and mentions on all platforms according to Tone of Voice;
• Provide advice to SkyUp & Join UP customers! Moldova, Join UP! Romania;
• Resolve conflict situations;
• Respond to complaints, conduct official investigations on complaints of users of social networks, provide the results of investigations to the client;
• CRM work
