Due to the constant development and expansion of our team, we are looking for a Community managerWhat will be included in the duties :Community management: working with an existing audience and attracting a new oneConstant communicationCollecting and analyzing feedback from the audience, resolving conflicts between participantsMaintaining a favorable atmosphere within the communityCreating eventsDeveloping and organizing events for community membersThe work of a community manager is not limited to online communication with usersConducting offline events, for example, meetings of the editors with readers, industry conferences, etc. Necessary skills: Experience as a community manager from 1 year Know how to define the target audience, be able to segment it and identify user needs Have copywriting skills and write quality texts, since communications are mostly conducted in text format Have various Internet marketing tools, such as targeted and contextual advertising, SMM and SEO Have empathy, developed emotional intelligence, be able to process negativity Have a desire to communicate with community members: know how to meet, engage in conversation, motivate and inspire Be able to interact with information partners, opinion leaders and bloggers Analytical abilities.
