Responsibilities

• Creation of community management tools and systems.
• Development and implementation of a community building strategy.
• Implementation of various activity formats for interaction between union members.
• Onboarding of new union members.
• Daily interaction with community members to increase their satisfaction and handle requests.
• Work on improving communication about the success stories of community members and the advantage of the union in the ecosystem together with the communications manager.
• Proactive recruitment of new potential members.
• Creation of a system of exchange of offers among union members and development of external partnerships.
• Management and implementation of other projects of the organization
• Organization of events for the community.

What we Expect

• Experience of interaction and cooperation with the Tech community
• Experience of project activity and community management
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Proactivity, multitasking and people-oriented
• Desire to be involved in the development of the Ukrainian technological ecosystem

Will be a plus < /p>

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian technology market and tracking of trends

What we Offer

• Hybrid work format: online with regular team meetings in Kyiv
• Drawing up a contract with the FOP
• After successfully completing the trial period, you are granted 20 calendar days of paid vacation per year. Holidays for the period of martial law are not considered paid days off
