Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Regular posting of content on brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok).
• Participation in conducting sweepstakes and activations for the audience.
• Community building: prompt, empathetic and accurate responses to user questions and comments on brand pages.
• Proactive moderation and guerilla marketing in Threads (interaction with the audience and leaving creative comments on behalf of the brand on other pages).
• Close interaction in to the project team under the leadership of the Senior Community Manager.
• Constant monitoring of modern global digital trends, memes, and information drives for quick brand reaction.

Requirements:

• Absolute literacy and fluent, lively command of the Ukrainian language (the ability to communicate with the audience in "human" language, without clericalisms).
• Pedantism and impeccable attention to detail: this is painstaking work, so it is very important for us that you pay attention to every dot, extra space or paragraph structure. The ability to notice the smallest and highlight the most important.
• Deep understanding of the digital environment, modern technologies and algorithms of key social networks.
• Active life position, "hot eyes", sincere love for communication with people and constant desire for new things.
• Ability to work in a team, stress resistance and a sense of humor.
• Experience of working with a management platform social networks Sprinklr is optional, but would be a very cool advantage!
• Experience with task managers (Worksection, Asana, Trello) or a basic understanding of what it is and what it is for is desirable.

Conditions:

• During martial law, remote work from home is expected
• Schedule from 10:00 to 19:00
