Community Manager in Mriya

Mriya is an educational ecosystem for students, parents and teachers that inspires learning and helps to find yourself in the modern world. This is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, which is implemented by the Ministry of Statistics and the Ministry of Education and Culture with the support of the EGAP Program, which is implemented by the Eastern Europe Fund at the expense of Switzerland. We are looking for a proactive and responsible person for the position of Community manager.

Our team is looking for a person who:

• Has experience working in the educational field or with educational communities

• Able to moderate online communities (Facebook, Telegram, Whatsapp)

• Understands the key challenges and needs of teachers and administrators of educational institutions

• Has strong communication and strategic thinking skills

• Has experience in developing content that engages the audience

• Focuses on creating long-term of connections between members and participants of the community

• Understands national contexts, trends and navigates in the information space

• Filters every action through "so what", because for a conscious approach, not autopilot

• Analyzes effectiveness, converts it into conclusions and experience and grows intensively

• Has a higher education

What you will do:

• Form and develop communities for teachers and school administrators on Facebook

• Maintain the Telegram channel with updates about the product

• Receive and transmit relevant updates from the product implementation team to educational institutions

• Process user requests and users

• Prepare content for all community communication channels

• Interact with reference educational communities

• Organize activities to attract new schools and increase their involvement

• Participate in communication team brainstorms, work together on ideas for of communications
