Community manager in Rondesign

We are looking for a creative community manager to develop the Telegram community of Ukrainian-speaking UI/UX designers.

This is a role for a person who is interested in building and developing online communities, working with a creative audience and influencing the fact that participants find it valuable, comfortable and interesting to stay in the community. The main focus of the role is growing the community and attracting new members.

Who we are looking for

• A person who B1+ - all internal instructions and rules of work in the chat are in English

• Attentive to details and responsible

• Able to keep calm and polite even with a large number of requests

• With basic experience in

  Customer Support, curation of training courses, community / group management or direct management

Will be a plus: interest in design, UI/UX or creative industries.

What you will do

• Communicate with participants Telegram communities

• Participate in the development of the community: generate ideas for activities, attract and retain members

• Help new members adapt to the community

• Give short, clear and friendly answers to questions

• Transfer complex or technical requests to a curator
