That is why we are in constant motion to form a team of professionals who will share with us the love of plants, will be fanatical about new varieties of tulips, ready to find out the difference between insecticides and fungicides and implement ambitious plans together.
Requirements:
- experience as a community manager, marketer, copywriter or client manager;
- good developed communication skills and understanding of customer service;
- competent oral and written communication;
- love of plants, desire to learn and develop in this field;
- orientation on the result and the ability to work in a team;
- proactiveness, readiness to implement own ideas and look for new opportunities for their implementation without the need for clear instructions.
Working conditions:
- work schedule: from Mon to Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Sat, Sun, weekends); li>competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications
Duties:
- monitoring of the online environment (social networks, site, third-party resources, etc.) to identify reviews, comments and mentions of the company;
- quick response to reviews and solving questions and complaints with the aim of maintaining a positive image of the company, maintaining a dialogue with subscribers, customers, forming written responses;
- stimulating customer feedback, conducting additional activities to engage community users;
- reporting.
