Our goal is to continually drive innovation and reinforce the safety and integrity of the blockchain industry, providing a secure and reliable environment for all open web adopters.We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Community Lead to help grow and strengthen our Web3 community with a focus on Security, DeFi, DYOR, Regulations, and community-driven initiatives.What You’ll Do:Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter, promoting participation and fostering a strong connection between users, the company, and the industry.Feedback Collection: Collaborate closely with community members and other communities, actively gathering feedback on products, services, approaches, methodologies, trends in security, DeFi, and regulatory standards, ensuring that user input drives the future development of both the company and the industry as a whole.Content & Communication: Work with internal teams and the community itself to produce engaging, educational content on topics such as DYOR, DeFi, security, and regulatory changes, fostering a knowledgeable and active user base, engaging other communities, and increasing influence on the industry.Community Events: Plan and organize community-driven events like AMA sessions, Twitter Spaces, and educational workshops.Support & Moderation: Ensure that the community adheres to high standards of conduct while promoting a safe and respectful environment. Organize a comfortable environment for handling questions and requests from the community, and establish a continuous process of engagement and training for moderators, including those in regional sub-communities.Crisis Management: Monitor community sentiment, promptly addressing inquiries and crisis situations, transparently communicating the company’s position.
