We’re looking for a proactive Community & Events Manager who will build a strong connection between the club and its fans, come up with exciting activations, and grow fan culture together with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize online and offline events in line with the club’s and partners’ requirements
- Maintain consistent communication with the community
- Foster community loyalty and strengthen the club’s image
- Develop and align event budgets / prepare reports within budget
- Collaborate with partners and attract new members to the community
- Research fan and community member profiles
- Collect and analyze community feedback
- Generate new ideas to enhance online and offline engagement
- Create channels for effective internal community interaction
- Encourage positive leadership within the fanbase
- Involve volunteers in administrative, moderation, and management roles to promote self-regulation within the community
- Develop the fan club as part of the organization’s ecosystem: work with fan leaders, support dialogue between the club and fan club, and assist in organizing fan zones/events
- Travel to support or host events for the club, fan club, or partners
REQUIREMENTS:- 2+ years of experience in event organization (preferably in gaming, esports, entertainment, or sports)
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A team player with coordination skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- High empathy and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident user of Google Suite tools
- Social media management experience (Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, etc.)
- Valid international passport and ability to travel both within Ukraine and abroad
Bonus Points If You Have:- Understanding of gaming ecosystems and a passion for esports
- Previous experience working in the esports industry
