Duration of the project:9 months 
Location: Kyiv , business trip to Ukraine
Format:partial involvement, remote work

Main tasks:

• Community engagement strategy development: develop a community engagement strategy to ensure compliance of project activities with the needs of the local community. 
• Consulting for coaches and youth teams: providing advisory support to coaches and youth teams on project planning and effective community engagement . 
• Visits to communities: involvement in visits to communities to support youth teams and provide recommendations for the development of local initiatives.  

Stages of communication: resume selection — HR interview — interview with the project manager — offer regarding cooperation.
