Community Associate in VLMedia

(REMOTE) COMMUNITY ASSOCIATE 

We're looking for a passionate Community Associate to join our dynamic and multinational team. 

In this role, you will work to grow our community presence in Eastern Europe by actively seeking community members' feedback, resolving customer complaints, analyzing data, bringing new people to our community of users. 

What Are We Looking For:

• Must: native language fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian,
• Must: advanced working proficiency in English,
• Must: experience in customer relations management or a related field for at least a year,
• Plus: experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• Self-confident, strong analytical and interpersonal skills under stress environment,
• Degree in any bachelor's discipline (but Management or Industrial Engineering graduation is a plus.)
