Eleks is looking for a Communications Specialist for our product Doctor Eleks.

Doctor ELEKS is a medical information system that helps provide improved support to its patients by automating and optimizing complex operational processes and patient clinical data management methods.

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  
• Availability of medical education or   experience in a medical-related call center will be an advantage     (clinic, insurance, medical equipment, etc.)
• Work experience in the fields of     service / in communication with people
• The ability to competently construct sentences / conversation in oral and written communications

• Ability to work in a team (courtesy, responsibility, attentiveness)
•  
• Computer skills
• Punctuality,     stress resistance

OBOV' LANGUAGES

• advise customers online / offline about the company's products and services
• facility support
• register appeals or offers from customers and forward requests to other divisions
• participate in company events (exhibitions, webinars , presentations)
• take part in educational events of medical communities
