Communications Manager (SMM, PR) in Pripravka, TM

TM Pripravka is the leader of the Ukrainian market of spices and seasonings. Our products are known not only in Ukraine, but also far beyond its borders.

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for an active and creative< b style="font-weight: 700">COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (SMM, PR) to work remotely.

Tasks:

• Manage the company's reputation on the Internet, including social networks, forums, websites
• Actively work with bloggers and opinion leaders to increase brand awareness
• Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content
• Participate in discussions in chats and communities
• Interact with the media: preparation and organization of podcasts, interviews, collaboration with the media
• Working with media holdings and agencies when launching mass advertising campaigns in digital and on TV
• Coordination of participation in exhibitions, forums, summits
• Development and promotion of the brand in social networks LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube. Communication with users in social networks Formation of a content plan and its implementation in the main channels of social networks. Filling the site with content.
• Creation of competent and original texts (promo posts, entertaining and informative posts). Writing situational posts, monitoring info drives.
• Conducting analysis of results, preparing recommendations for further improvement and community development around the brand
• Competitor analysis
• Being cool and creative , subtly feel the latest trends in marketing and SMM, and the most important thing is to implement them in time :)

Requirements:

• Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• High level of knowledge of social networks and their development;
• Copywriting skills, ability to write interesting, bright texts;
• Experience with montage editors;
• Skills in graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, etc.);
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads tools ;
• Knowledge of the English language (written) at a level no lower than average;
• Independence, activity, creativity, innovation.
