The main purpose of the position:

The Communications Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective communication strategy aimed at increasing the recognition of the fund, building a positive image of the organization, supporting the communication needs of the fund's projects and its divisions, as well as attracting partners and donors.

Main duties:

• Development and implementation of the fund's communication strategy.

• Supporting the communication needs of the foundation's projects and its divisions, including their promotion in the media and social networks.

• Preparation and distribution of press releases, articles, news and reports on the activities of the foundation and its projects.

• Management of official channels communications of the foundation: social networks, website, e-mail and other platforms.

• Planning, creating and publishing content for social networks, according to the needs of different audiences.

• Communication with donors and partners, in particular regarding the coordination of their requirements for branding and reporting.

• Organization of information companies, events and promotions aimed at promoting projects.

• Cooperation with the communication team (designer, photographer, SMM specialist and other specialists) to create high-quality content.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of communication companies, evaluating results and preparing analytical reports.

• Ensuring the appropriateness of brand communication activities the fund and its values.

• Interaction with media representatives, partners, donors and local communities.

• Ensuring internal communication in the fund for effective coordination between units.

 Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of PR, journalism, marketing, philology.

• Work experience at analogical position from 3 years.

• Ability to work with mass media and the public.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, the ability to create effective working relationships with colleagues in the organization and partners.

• Experience in public speaking.

• Free command of the Ukrainian language.

• A command of the English language for written and oral interaction at an above average level.

 We we offer:

• Official employment under a fixed-term employment contract until August 31, 2025. with the possibility of extension.

• Trial period of 3 months.

• Work schedule: 8-hour working day from Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00). Weekends: Saturday, Sunday.

• Annual vacation 24 calendar days; additional leave in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

• Work in a modern office at the address: Beresteyskyi prospect, 5-A, m. Kyiv.
