Charitable Foundation "Posmishka YuA" invites to cooperate in the team of the project "Intersectoral support of priority places of temporary settlement, provision of individual support to the most vulnerable categories of the population and implementation of the program to overcome educational losses in the Western part of Ukraine" Communications Manager in Chernivtsi or Kopychyntsi, who will provide services in: - creation and updating of printed and branded products, control of placement and use during the implementation of the project; - planning and implementation of an information campaign; - preparation of thematic materials for social networks, partners and media; - interviewing and processing of success stories, dissemination on the resources of organizations, as well as dissemination of information with partner organizations. - communication with partner organizations, building communication, and consulting support; - work with documentation, reporting; Location: Chernivtsi, Kopychyntsi (part-time employment, available business trips) Requirements for performers: - higher education (bachelor's degree in management, journalism, public relations; - additional training in the direction of communication management of an NGO is welcome; - from 1 year of experience in communications and/or public relations, advertising, journalism; - skills in building communication processes to manage the processes of coverage and coordination with partners; \ the ability to set technical tasks for photographers, videographers and designers; - copywriting and editing skills, a high level of knowledge of the Ukrainian language; - knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - experience working with Google Sheets; - ability and willingness to work with emotionally complex topics - zero tolerance for any which manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards (Sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited in all forms.
