Communications Coordinator in Vision Fund

VisionFund Ukraine is part of the global network of VisionFund International, which provides credit, savings and insurance services to entrepreneurs and small businesses. After a full-scale invasion in 2022, VisionFund decided to create a non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to support the economic recovery of small businesses and small farmers. VisionFund Ukraine strives to achieve financial inclusion, where entrepreneurs and businesses have access to financial products and services that meet their needs.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company's communication strategy.
• Providing informational support and raising awareness of VisionFund Ukraine services through various communication channels.
• Support of the company's positive image in the media and among partners.
• Creation and distribution of press releases, news and articles.
• Coordination and organization of media events, press conferences, interviews.
• Content management on the company's website and social networks.
• Media monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
• Interaction with internal divisions of the company to ensure a unified communication policy.

 Requirements:

• University degree / equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in in the field of communications, public relations or marketing 
• Ability to think strategically to identify key trends in the communications industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced and demanding environment
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Motivated by and committed to the Vision, Mission and Core Values of our organization
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Ukrainian
