Communication manager in Grin-Landiya, Gromadska organizaciya

GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization focusing its activities on quality improvement the life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and host regions.

GOGreenlandia in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine(DRC) invites a Communication Manager project to successfully complete project tasks "Supporting the recovery of Ukraine through mine action", which is aimed at the safe recovery of territories affected by the conflict, by informing the population and teaching the correct behavior to reduce risks from mines and explosive remnants of the conflict.

Main tasks:

• Implementation of a PR and communication plan, in accordance with the requirements of the organization and its partner;
• Information and media support of the organization's activities;
• Planning and organization of events, photos and videos of shootings, live broadcasts, press conferences and other events within the framework of the project;
• Preparation of news, articles, newsletters, letters regarding project activities, their approval and implementation of their distribution strategy;
• Managing pages in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) and working with the website;
• Supporting communication with colleagues in the organization to discuss project progress and necessary assistance ;
• Compliance with the Organization's norms, principles and code of conduct.

Professional requirements:

• Higher education in relevant fields (journalism/PR, humanitarian sciences, public relations, media communications, philology) will be a priority;
• High level of written and spoken Ukrainian languages, knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
• Experience in PR/SMM work will be an advantage;
• Experience in preparing texts for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) and understanding of algorithms.

Working schedule:From Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00 to 18.00.
