Communication Manager in SKELAR

TENTENS Tech develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The team has experience in successfully launching highload platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon.

Now we are in search Communication Manager at the TENTENS Tech venture company of the builder SKELAR, who will be able to directly contribute to the formation of the employer's brand. And also form a recognizable tone of voice of the brand both internally and externally.

About the team:Communications team deals with internal and external communications and builds the Employer brand of TENTENS Tech.

We build open and business-oriented communications and implement initiatives aimed at engaging employees. And these are 240+ specialists with cool expertise and a thirst for interesting challenges.

What challenges await you in the role of Communication Manager:
— Writing texts for internal and external communication: articles, posts in Slack, email newsletter;
— Generation of ideas for communication campaigns: scripts for videos, podcasts, etc.;
— Follow trends and look for new and interesting formats for creatives and texts;
— Maintain consistency of tone of voice of the brand;
— Cooperate with domain experts to create interesting and elaborate content;
— Constantly work on improving texts and content;
— Rewrite articles and posts;
— Creation of texts for the brand's social networks.

What kind of person are we looking for:
— 2+ years of writing texts and generating ideas;
— You get into ToV from the first sentence;
— You have experience working in the media , creative agency or IT company;
— You can dive into a new domain and create content on a new topic for you;
— Had experience working with various content formats: created/created articles, scripts for videos, short Twitter-style (or rather X-style) posts; ;
— You have great communication skills that will help you collect all the necessary data and formulate ideas accurately.
