Your main tasks:

< li>Ensuring a high level of customer service through effective communication and timely technical support.
• Interaction with customers to identify their needs and develop individual solutions according to each project.
• Coordination of work with the technical team to quickly resolve customer requests.
• Support and improvement of communication processes with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Analysis and processing of feedback from customers to improve the quality of services provided.

• High communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
< li>Experience in working with modern tools.
• Ability to work with CRM systems.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail.
• Organization and ability to work in multitasking mode .
• Knowledge of the Italian language.
