Product market research analyst in Konditerskaya korporaciya «ROShEN»

SE KK "Roshen" is the central office of the ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation: a strategic, analytical and operational center that ensures effective coordination of all business processes of the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Sales planning: Forecasting and development of plans (Initial, Sell-in, Sell-out) for the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets in cooperation with the sales department

• Reporting and KPI management: Formation, analysis and optimization of reports by key performance indicators; preparation of final analytical notes

• Financial modeling and pricing: Creation of price calculators, calculation of planned PnL and markup structure for trading houses in the region

• Working with data: Administration of local data models and control of correctness of information in ERP/CRM systems and reports of the central office

• Price monitoring: Conducting and analyzing reports on prices on target markets

• Coordination and automation: Functional management of analytical departments of trading houses and participation in business process improvement.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (mathematical, economic, technical)
• Experience of 2 years in a similar position in the field of FMCG
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Pivot, ERP - advanced user
• Experience in working with large amounts of information and creating analytical reports
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.
