Our client, a leading international FMCG company, is looking for a Commercial Team Assistant to join their team and support the sales function in a dynamic international environment.
The commercial team operates across multiple markets, so English is the primary language of communication.
Your responsibilities:
Administer the documentation flow within the commercial department.
Ensure compliance with internal documentation policies.
Participate in the organization of the annual commercial function conference: communication with agencies, coordination with management, contract administration, and payment tracking.
Work with internal company systems (SAP, SharePoint, etc.).
Plan and organize internal team meetings.
Communicate with colleagues from other countries.
Candidate profile:
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level).
Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
High level of self-organization and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage projects independently and plan work efficiently.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
