We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Commercial Executive (Agri Commodities) to spread our commodity sales business in Ukraine. We facilitate the trading of a diverse range of commodities, handling over 35,000 tons per month of spices, pulses, nuts, grains, sugar, and other products. Our vast network stretches across nearly 60 countries, creating a unique blend of global perspectives and local expertise.Job Description:Commercial/Sales Manager (Agri Commodities) will be responsible for managing and driving international sales activities within the company while reporting to a Senior Commercial Executive in the team. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling buyer's inquiries, and continuously meeting sales targets.Please note this role requires an advanced level of written and oral communication in English. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growthIdentify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, buyers, partnerships, products, and servicesEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and buyer relationshipsHandle buyer inquiries promptly and effectivelyEnsure the delivery of our products per buyer timelinesReach out to buyer leads through cold calling, networking, and social mediaAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduleQualifications:Minimum 5 years of proven international commodity sales experienceThorough knowledge of grains, nuts, spices, seeds, pulses, sugar, and related commodities is requiredStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent English communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with buyersAdvanced level of oral and written communication in English is mandatoryInterview and Selection Process:Selected applicants will receive email communication regarding the Theoretical & Practical assessments designed to select the qualified candidates for virtual interviews.Theoretical assessment has to be submitted within 24 hours. Soon after the evaluation of the submitted answers, the qualified candidate will proceed to the Practical assessment.
