Engineering company, specializing in design and production of aspiration systems, gas purification and incinerators, invites a Commercial Director to the team.
Main tasks:
Building and implementing the company's commercial strategy (B2B, project sales).
Management of sales of turnkey engineering solutions: design > production > supply.
Work with key customers, large industrial and infrastructure projects.
Participation in negotiations at the level of the first persons of the customer.
Formation of price policy, control of margin and financial indicators projects.
Interaction with the technical unit (designers, designers, production) to create competitive solutions.
Analysis of the market, competitive environment, search for new directions of growth.
Profile candidate:
Experience in the position of Commercial Director / Sales Director / Head of Business Line - 5+ years.
Proven experience in project sales in the field of industrial equipment, engineering or technological solutions.
Understanding the full cycle of the implementation of engineering projects.
Experience in conducting complex negotiations and contracts with high responsibility.
System thinking, focus on results and long-term development.
Higher education (technical or economic).
English language — advantage.
A key business role with a direct impact on strategy and financial results.
Working with technologically complex, environmental and industrial projects.
