Main responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients in the outsourcing industry.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
  • Ad campaign management: Create and launch advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other platforms.
  • Client relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Reporting and analytics: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
  • Sales department creation: Build the sales department from scratch.
  • Negotiations: Conduct negotiations and close deals with clients.
  • Business process analysis: Analyze business processes, market trends, and client needs.
  • Financial plan execution: Meet financial performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing or sales: At least 4 years in the outsourcing or B2B sector.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to conduct market research.
  • Ad campaign experience: Proven experience in independently launching and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
  • High-level communication skills: Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • English proficiency: High-level English skills are an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
  • Personal qualities: Honesty, perseverance, and energy.
