Due to business scaling, we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - a strong leader who will take full responsibility for the company's commercial function, sales development and building efficient processes. This role requires strategic thinking, results orientation and the ability to work with complex high-tech products.

Your strategic mission and tasks:


  • Formation and implementation of global of the company's commercial strategy in the B2B and B2G segments, ensuring the scaling of sales at the national and international levels.
  • Management and optimization of the brand's offline presence: exhibitions, professional events, partnership programs, strategic events for key customers. Control and improvement of online sales and digital channels (e-commerce, CRM analytics, digital marketing) to ensure stable growth.
  • Implementation of KPIs, standards and transparent processes for all divisions of the sales department, improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  • Building and development of a high-performance sales team, formation of a culture of results and leadership, coaching and mentoring of key employees.
  • Optimization of the sales process and the customer journey (Customer Journey), creation of scalable and repeatable models of interaction with customers.
  • Strategic cooperation with marketing for the development of comprehensive strategies for lead generation, brand positioning and strengthening of market reputation.
  • Expansion of the client base and access to new markets, including international ones, increase in sales volume and strengthening of the company's global presence.
  • Direct contribution to the strategic development of the company, influence on the formation of new market standards and high-tech solutions for defense sector.

Ideal candidate:


  • Recognized leader in sales and team management — experience managing 20+ people.
  • Has 5+ years of successful commercial management experience in manufacturing or high-tech companies.
  • Focused on B2B and B2G segments, understands the specifics of public procurement and corporate of sales.
  • Able to build commercial processes from scratch, implement KPIs and describe sales standards. Focus on profit, efficiency and strategic influence. Higher education; MBA or management degree preferred. Business negotiation English.
  • MilTech / Defense / Manufacturing experience a strong advantage.
