Bakery Food Investment is a Ukrainian manufacturing company that is actively expanding business in the field of bakery and frozen products.
We work in two key areas:
• B2B — cooperation with national chains, HoReCa, distributors
• B2C — development of own brands in the segment ready-to-bake
Today, the company is in a phase of transformation: we are updating the commercial model, launching new products, changing the sales structure.
We are looking for a leader who will not just "drive sales", but build a strong, effective, managed commercial function from scratch - or transform an existing one.
Your key goal:
Ensure sales and margin growth in B2B and B2C
Create a systemic commercial model capable of scaling
Build a strong team and processes that work without manual control
Become a strategic partner for the CEO
Your zones responsibilities:
1. Strategy and management:
• Commercial strategy for B2B and B2C
• Management of profitability (P&L), pricing, product policy
• Analytics, forecasting, risk management
2. Sales and clients:
• Building an effective sales structure
• Key Account Management, regional development, distribution
• Personal participation in negotiations with key partners
3. Product and Marketing:
• Launch of new products
• Positioning, promotional campaigns
• Cooperation with marketing, production and R&D
4. Team and processes:
• Building the structure of the commercial department
• KPI, CRM, reporting, management analytics
• Development of line managers, formation of a strong commercial culture
We are looking for a candidate who has:
7+ years of experience in commercial roles (FMCG / Food / Frozen / HoReCa)
Practice of working with national networks and large clients
Experience of managing teams of 15+ people
Real cases of sales and profitability growth
Strategic thinking, system approach, analytics
Experience of transformations, launches, anti-crisis management - as an advantage
