The role involves day-to-day tasks related to social media, communication, and utilizing analytical skills to support the growth and development of the company.RequirementsProven experience in managing and growing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools to optimize online presence and drive audience growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different platforms and audiences. Experience in managing media relations, including outreach to podcasts, influencers, and journalists. Ability to handle communications professionally, representing the company in a positive and consistent manner. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Analytical mindset to measure the success of campaigns and propose improvements. Proficiency with social media management tools, graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite), and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Buffer) is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
