• Support of cloud services (external business applications such as SaaS - Software as a Service):

- development of technical documentation,

-determination of resource needs,

-setting, o implementation of IT management processes, monitoring,< /p>

-recovery,

-analytics and incident resolution,

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher education: economics, engineering, management
< li>work experience: 2 years in the field: information technologies, cloud technologies, support of information systems, system administration;
• Work experience in the implementation, configuration, integration of M365 services
• Skills in working with Microsoft 365 admin center (management of user applications Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Security & Compliance Center) and Azure (Microsoft Entra), Power Platform (welcome)
• Proficiency in English - (B1, or higher) at the level of understanding technical documentation, correspondence, communication
