Customer Engagement
- Develop and manage relationships with key customers.
- Work closely with Microsoft, AWS, and cybersecurity vendors to co-sell and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
Solution Expertise & Compliance
- Maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Ensure sales team adheres to security and compliance regulations, aligning with cloud provider best practices.
- Support RFPs, tenders, and cloud migration projects in regulated industries (finance, government, healthcare).
Reporting & Strategy Execution
- Provide regular sales reports, competitive analysis, and market trends to executive leadership.
- Align with corporate cloud strategy and regional business objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and customer success initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, SaaS, and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Experience selling Microsoft Azure, AWS, and security solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud pricing models, subscription plans, and managed services.
- 2+ years of cloud sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing cloud revenue.
- Ability to engage C-level executives and handle complex deal negotiations.
- Experience managing a sales team of at least 3-5 people, setting KPIs and coaching reps.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and build a high-performance culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Creatio, Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and forecast sales accurately.
