We are looking for a Client Support Manager for remote work in our team

Work format:

  • completely remote.
  • only communication with clients in chats (no phone calls)

Comfortable schedule:

  • 8 hours a day
  • two shifts:
  • -morning: 9:00-18:00 (lunch break 13:00-14:00) - according to Kyiv;
  • -afternoon shift: from 11:00-20:00 (lunch break 15:00-16:00) - according to Kyiv.< /li>

Salary:

  • $400 during the trial period (3 months);
  • the prospect of career growth and salary increase after the trial period ends.

  • availability of a stable Internet, a laptop/PC and a headset;
  • the ability to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages;
  • possession of competent spoken and written Ukrainian and in Russian;

  • knowledge of the Polish language at a conversational level (for communication with the Polish part of the team);
  • knowledge of the English language (for communication with clients);
  • experience work in a similar position or in contact centers;
  • accounting, legal, economic education.
