Client Support Manager in the international market

Persha Visa International, a leading overseas employment company, is seeking an active and motivated Customer Service Manager with fluent English skills (B2 and above).

The primary responsibility of the manager will be supporting current international clients and seeking new partners.

Responsibilities

1. Client Support: Ensuring high-quality service to clients in the international market, including communication via email, phone, and other means of communication. Resolving all client inquiries and requests.

2. Client Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with clients, analyzing and addressing their needs.

3. Order Monitoring and Document Flow: Tracking and controlling the order process, monitoring order completion deadlines, and resolving potential delays or issues.

4. Consultation and Information Support: Providing clients with information about company products and services, as well as consultation and support.

5. Work with Advertising and Marketing Materials: Assisting clients in familiarizing themselves with company advertising and marketing materials.

Requirements

1. Customer service experience.

2. Foreign language proficiency: fluent English skills (B2 and above).

3. Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate and persuade clients.

4. Organizational abilities: Ability to manage numerous client inquiries and tasks simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in office software: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

6. Responsibility and results orientation: Willingness to work towards achieving company goals and ensuring client satisfaction.
