We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager for our Agency Department.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and success with our marketing services. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding results, provide strategic guidance, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, excellent communicator, and dedicated to understanding and achieving client goals.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Client Success/Support Unit.
- Experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Understanding of the performance marketing in main social media and search platforms Facebook, Google, TikTok, Google, Bing or Snapchat.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and with a strong desire to develop in the field of client work.
- Advanced or higher English language proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Full processing of inbound (warm) leads: initial communication, on-boarding, adding into CRM, every day support.
- Coordination of the efforts between internal teams in the company in order to ensure that the main services are delivered to the clients within the specified time frame and quality.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met and to identify opportunities for additional value.
- Work with internal teams (media planning, creative, compliance, analytics) to ensure the successful growth of client's portfolio.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Provide clients with training and support on our services and tools as needed.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
