LScale is an AI automation agency building AI-powered employees(voice and chat agents) for service-based businesses across the US and Europe.
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to own the post-sale client journey -from onboarding through AI solution implementation to successful go-live.
This is a hands-on delivery role. All clients are already prepared for implementation.
What You’ll Do
Client Delivery & Ownership
Lead clients through onboarding and implementation
Act as the main client contact during delivery
Translate business requirements into clear implementation logic
Build trust and confidence throughout the process
Own implementations from onboarding > go-live
AI & Automation Implementation
Configure and test AI voice & chat agents
Validate conversation scenarios, booking logic, calendars, and notifications
Test real conversations and identify issues before go-live
Ensure end-to-end workflow reliability
Execution & Coordination
Track progress, risks, and next steps for each client
Ensure clean delivery with no loose ends
Coordinate with internal stakeholders when needed
Continuous Improvement
Collect client feedback after go-live
Identify patterns and improvement opportunities
Help build scalable delivery playbooks and internal processes
Requirements
Must-have
Experience working directly with clients
Experience with CRM systems
Strong spoken & written English
Structured, logical thinking (no heavy coding required)
Ownership mindset and accountability
Nice-to-have
Experience with AI, chatbots, or voice automation
Background in Customer Success, Implementation, or Delivery roles
Knowledge of scheduling & booking systems
Experience with SMB or service-based businesses
What This Role Is NOT
Not cold sales
Not helpdesk or ticket-based support
Not a passive account manager role
Compensation
Base compensation: 60,000 – 80,000 UAH (depending on experience)
