Providing recommendations and advice to improve work efficiency; Development of a representative function in the team in relations with customers and partners; Key customer management: managing a portfolio of key customers. Coordination of interaction with clients at all stages of projects; Participation in tenders at a high level, presenting the capabilities of the team and the agency. It is important for us: The ability to manage a digital/performance agency with experience in management positions; Successful experience in negotiations and establishing long-term relationships with top management (C-level);Experience in hiring and developing teams from scratch;Professional knowledge of media and performance marketing for e-commerce;Experience with digital products such as PPC (Google, Facebook), SEO, and online media advertising;Deep understanding of tools Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, MS Office; Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate – Intermediate (strong) level; Attention to detail, communication and analytical skills.
