Client Service Director -responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting business development through providing excellent service solutions.

Basic tasks:

• Mentoring and mentoring for Account Group Head and Account Management: supporting the professional development of team members. Providing recommendations and advice to improve work efficiency;
• Development in the team of a representative function in relations with clients and partners;
• Creation and maintenance of long-term partnerships with key customers;
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through constant feedback and adaptation of solutions under their needs;
• Harmonization of solutions at the interface of digital and performance;
• Key customer management: managing a portfolio of key customers Coordination of interaction with clients at all stages of projects;
• Participation in tenders at a high level, presenting the capabilities of the team and the agency.

It is important for us:

• Account management experience managers in digital/performance agencies;
• Successful experience of negotiations and building long-term relations with C-level;
• Recruiting and developing account teams from scratch;
• Experience in media and performance marketing for e-com;
• Experience of working with digital products: PPC (Google, Facebook), SEO, media on the Internet;
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads tools, Google Analytics, MS Office;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate - Intermediate level; /span>
• Attention to details, communication skills.
