Client Project manager in Uployal

Uployal is a Ukrainian IT company , which has been working on creating and improving its own product for 7 years! Our clients are leading chains in the field of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, such as Lviv Croissants, , Jeweler Capital, Eco Lavka, Poryadnyi Gazda, Taistra, Delikat, MixMart, Khinkalnia, Celentano, Galya Baluvana, Halytska vrishyna, Domashniy market and others.

What will you do:
—Communicating with businesses and building healthy, long-term partnerships.
— Compilation and approval of the product implementation calendar.
—Control of deadlines and resources from the moment of the start of work on the launch to the transfer to support.
— Timely detection of risks, steps for their processing or non-occurrence.
— Communication with the team regarding technical issues, implementation deadlines.
— Identifying business expectations.
— Business support and help with product settings.
— Publication of applications in the AppStore and PlayMarket.
—Communicating with partners regarding integration, task setting and performance control.

Our expectations:
— At least one year of commercial experience in a similar position.
— Ability to solve conflict situations and find solutions in critical conditions.
— Knowledge of the basics of project management, methodologies, SDLC.
—Jira tutorial, confluence.
— Basic understanding of client-server architecture.
— Initiative, autonomy and responsibility.

It will be a plus if you have:
— Experience with CRM systems.
— Experience in the field of loyalty programs.
—Experience in an IT company.
