Client Manager in Retech

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our friendly team.

This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere in the world, but you must adhere to the schedule: 8 hours a day from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

We offer vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.

You DO NOT need to handle sales. 

Your responsibilities include operational communication with clients and colleagues, specifically:

• Receiving resumes from recruiters
• Ensuring the accuracy of information (both spelling and factual)
• Presenting candidates to clients
• Organizing and supporting interviews (online)

• Maintaining constant communication with clients and building positive relationships (happy client)

   

All communications are conducted online via Slack, Skype, or Telegram.

Requirements:

• Business correspondence skills
• Strong communication skills
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• At least two years of experience working with corporate clients (in any sector)
• Upper Intermediate+ English proficiency (business correspondence is a must)
• Higher level of English will be a significant advantage
• No experience in IT required, we will provide training on the job
