Requirements: Knowledge and mastery of project management theory standards; Knowledge of Agile development methodology; Understanding of development processes, downloads, development progress planning; Knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above; Ability to work with JIRA and Confluence tools; Experience working with distributed and hybrid teams; Experience working with clients at various levels; Excellent communication skills with people at different levels; Ability to build a team and organize the work of all its members; Leadership - the ability to maintain your authority; Presentation skills to defend the project and its results; Determination and ability to achieve a given goal; Flexibility and rapid adaptation to changing conditions; Accuracy in detail, critical thinking; Negotiation skills in presales as a technical expert; Stress resistance. You will be responsible for: Processing requests and consulting clients; Maintaining the full development cycle and further support; Drawing up project documentation; Drawing up a project plan and agreeing on deadlines; Prioritizing and determining deadlines for completing tasks; Monitoring the status of the project, progress of tasks; Tracking task load and task-by-task progress of each developer.
