Basic requirements:
- Experience in an administrative positionat least 1 year (experience in cleaning will be an advantage, but we are ready to teach!!!);
- Knowledge and experience in managing personnel of different ages (from 5 employees);
- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
- Organizational skills, high level of communication, flexibility in decision-making;
- Ability to work in a multitasking system;
- PC skills, knowledge of MS Office - at the level of a confident user;
Responsibilities:
- Control over the quality of services provided (cleaning); under the supervision of up to 20 employees;
- Instruction and training of employees in effective work methods;
- Maintenance of documentation at the facility: work schedules, time sheet; acts of completed works;
- Communication with the Customer's service;
- Monitoring employees' compliance with safety rules.
