Yourmain tasks will be:

• ensuring the implementation of measures in the field of civil protection and man-made security in the structural divisions of the company;
• ensuring and monitoring the implementation of measures regarding the storage, maintenance, use and write-off of the Central Military Equipment;
• accounting and maintaining documentation on the maintenance of the PPE of the center, which are on the balance sheet (maintenance);
• organization and control of the provision of personal protective equipment and property of the center, maintenance and preservation of them in good condition and prevention of improper use;

• development of documents on the creation of commissions on emergency situations, drawing up work plans, minutes of meetings, preparation and control of the implementation of its decisions;
• organization of the accumulation, storage and use of object material reserves in case of liquidation of emergency situations;
• placing visual propaganda about safety measures and the behavior of employees in the event of an emergency (Civil Protection Corners);
• planning measures for the evacuation of employees and property in the event of an emergency;
• development of the Notification Scheme and ensuring its timely updating and storage;
• organization and provision of training of employees according to the Programs of preparation for actions in emergency situations;
• development of documents regarding the conduct of special object training and trainings on civil protection issues, organizes their implementation;
• ensuring compliance with the requirements of legislation on man-made safety issues, as well as drawing up plans to eliminate deficiencies regarding the implementation of the requirements of the orders of the territorial bodies of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and organizes their implementation;
• >
• organization of the identification of PNO and OPN, activities on passporting of PNO, activities on declaration of safety and examination of declarations of safety of OPN, development of PLAS on OPN, development of documents on the creation of object formations of civil protection, specialized civil protection services necessary for their functioning and ensuring the readiness for actions according to the purpose of the material and technical base;
• preparation of materials for reporting documents in the field of civil protection and man-made safety.

We expect from you:

• higher education in the relevant professional direction (military sciences, civil security, civil defense) at the educational and qualification level of specialist, master ;
• functional training in the field of civil protection;
• work experience in positions related to the organization of civil protection for at least 2 years;
• knowledge of the development procedure , accounting, reproduction, storage, destruction of documents marked with access restrictions;
• possession of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point), skills in specialized technical programs;
• li>ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, passport (unexpired) and others.
