Right now we are looking for  Lead Civil Defense Engineer

Main  < /b>responsibilities :< /b>

• Planning of activities on CG and PB issues
• Control over activities of regional divisions and providing them with methodical assistance in organizing work according to the field of activity
• Determining the needs for individual and collective protection
• Keeping records of protective structures of the central defense system (ZSCSZ)
• Organization and implementation control of the status of the State-of-the-art system of proposals for the improvement of the system of central control and PB in the region
• Control over the planning and conducting of exercises and trainings on CG and PB issues
• Keeping records of fires
• Preparation and submission of reports for by activity according to the Table

The successful candidate meets the following requirements  :

• Higher education
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory documents in the field of civil protection, including of fire safety
• Skills of analyzing the state of civil protection (CP) and fire safety (PB), incl. on the basis of a risk-oriented approach
• Skills in developing proposals for the improvement of the CG , PB management systems and fire protection complex
• Keeping records of fire protection systems and means of fire extinguishing, means of individual and collective protection
• Experience communications with state supervision (control) bodies in the field of central security and PB, state administrations and local self-government bodies
• Experience of conducting inspections of buildings and structures regarding compliance with the requirements of CG and PB
• Experience in using regulatory documentation by direction
