Civic education trainer in Grin-Landiya, Gromadska organizaciya

GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and host regions.

Project "Safe gender-sensitive space for women and girls", which is implemented in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of women and girls who are in a crisis situation due to hostilities in Ukraine . The organization provides psychosocial and legal support, humanitarian aid, and conducts events on various topics to improve the well-being of women, girls and other vulnerable segments of the population.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Developing and conducting trainings with civic education for various target audiences (youth, adults, teachers, etc.);
• Preparation of educational materials, presentations and other didactic tools;
• Conducting online and offline trainings;
• li> Popularization of civic education knowledge among the population;
• Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of educational programs.

Professional requirements:

• Higher education in humanitarian specialties (sociology, political science, pedagogy, psychology, etc.);
• In-depth knowledge of issues of civic education, democracy, human rights and international relations;

• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs for various audiences;
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information;
• Experience with online platforms and distance learning tools;< /li>
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at the level of fluent communication.

Personal qualities:

• Adherence to basic humanitarian principles such as humanity, impartiality, neutrality and independence;
• High communication skills;
