Chief Technologist

Requirements:

• Understanding the structure of printing and post-printing processes production of cardboard packaging.
• Experience or proven willingness to manage the department of pre-press and technological preparation. 
• Knowledge, participation and work experience in certified SYM.
• Experience in the printing industry from 3 years.
• Higher education (Publishing printing business).
• Confident PC user, Word, Excel, 1C.
• Basic knowledge of graphic programs ArtiosCAD, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator will be useful

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the work of the technological department.
• Development and implementation of progressive, economically justified technological processes and modes of production, ensuring a high level of technological preparation at all stages of design, modernization, reconstruction, printing enterprise and printing products.
• Ensuring an effective level of technological preparation and technical re-equipment of production, reduction of costs of raw materials, materials, labor costs, improvement of product quality.
• Drafting plans for the introduction of new equipment and technology, increasing the technical and economic efficiency of production, developing technological documentation.
• Organizing the development and approval of changes to technical documentation, adjusting technological processes and production modes.
• Organization of the development and control over the implementation of prospective and current plans for the technological preparation of production, technological norms for the manufacture of products, compliance with established technological processes, detection of violations of technological discipline and the implementation of measures to eliminate them.
• Technological preparation of production at all stages of production.

Working conditions:

• official salary, bonuses, additional payments for participation in projects;
• work schedule 5/2, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Sat, Sun-weekends);
