General conditions
Name and category of the position, in relation to which a decision was made on the need to appoint
the chief system technician specialist of the department for the payment of pensions of military personnel and some of other categories of citizens of the administration on issues of payments, category "B" in appropriate cases of requests for technical support of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
control of the correctness of payment parameters and personal data after the assignment and recalculation of pensions;
ordering and support of production, control of issuance of EPP/PPP.
keeping records of certificates and ensuring timely write-off of pension certificates received from the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
processing of documents:
- regarding the receipt of a pension by proxy, changes in bank details;
- for the payment of burial allowance, one-time cash assistance and unreceived pension in appropriate cases;
formation of reports for state executive service bodies and private executors;
formation and transfer as assigned of payment information, electronic files of pension recipients through Ukrposhta UDPPZ, control information, of applications, reports, as well as electronic files to them;
ensure electronic accounting of documents with other institutions (organizations) and support in working condition means of communication;
conduct work with documents in accordance with requirements of the Instructions on record keeping;
termination of pension payments, preparation and registration of certificates in all necessary cases;
participation in consideration of appeals, statements and complaints of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, preparation of draft responses to them;
execution of other assignments of the direct manager and head of an independent structural unit.

postal salary - UAH 17,782.50. (taking into account the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 25
2023 No. 391 "Some issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies and local self-government bodies during martial law");
salary allowance for rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 18
2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (from changes);
a bonus for years of service in accordance with para. 2 and 4 of paragraph 12 of the final provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 09.11.2023 No. 3460-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024", the Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015 No. 889-VIII "On Civil Service", Procedure for calculating length of civil service, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2016 No 229;
award in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"

temporarily, until the winner of the competition is appointed to this position , or until the expiration of 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law
