Responsibilities: strong>
Perform state control (supervision) of compliance with labor legislation, namely:
- carry out control measures on issues of undeclared labor in the amount determined by the decision and relevant order head of the Central Interregional administration of the State Labor Service.
- to carry out timely (within 3 days after the end of control measures) formation and transfer of materials, with the aim of forming a single case within the established period.
- to carry out preparation of materials for the imposition of fines, and within a 3-day period of handing over the materials of the control measure (act or extract from the act, if necessary, copies of primary documents) for consideration by an authorized person - the chief The Central Interregional Department of the State Labor Service or his deputy in accordance with the distribution of powers.
- The drafting of protocols on administrative offenses is provided for in Art. 41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, in the order and with compliance with the terms - no later than 24 hours from the moment of detection of the person who committed the offense provided for by the Code of Administrative Offenses.
- Form cases on administrative offenses under Art. 41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses with the addition of duly certified copies of the necessary documents for their timely submission to the court for consideration.
- Compile protocols on administrative offenses, consider cases of such offenses and impose administrative fines in cases provided for by law.
>- Exercise control over the timely and complete execution of issued orders, payment of fines imposed by violators in accordance with resolutions on bringing to administrative responsibility according to Art. 188-6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to send resolutions to the state executive service for the enforcement of fines.
- Transfer the materials compiled as a result of control measures to law enforcement agencies for review, in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
- Conduct, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, consideration of appeals from citizens on issues related to the activities of the Central Interregional Administration of the State Service of labor issues. Provide answers in full on the issues specified in the application:
- Submit data filled in according to the established requirements of departmental reporting in accordance with the checks carried out:
- online tables, ASM, IAS — after carrying out control checks and preventionive measures;
- monthly reports on planned/unplanned control measures.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with established requirements, archival materials in accordance with the approved nomenclature of uniform cases. Timely and qualitatively carry out the orders and instructions of the leadership of the Central Interregional Department of the State Labor Service.
