We are currently looking for a PMER Officer to oversee all PMER-related activities to ensure successful implementation of the WatHab project.

 This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality PMER outcomes and providing technical support for evaluation, data collection and analysis, monitoring, reporting, and reviews.Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in project planning and the development of monitoring tools and reporting templates.
• Design methodologies for data collection and analysis to evaluate project effectiveness.
• Monitor program implementation, including planning and conducting monitoring visits.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated monitoring processes.
• Collect, verify, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data; prepare interim and final narrative reports.
• Communicate with regional branches and internal departments regarding monitoring and reporting activities.
• Provide recommendations to project teams to enhance implementation and reporting quality.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral sciences (e.g., demography, economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, psychology, or public health) or a relevant discipline related to monitoring and evaluation or social work.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, including providing technical MEAL support to external partners or stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading quantitative and qualitative research, including data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, advanced Excel).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including relationship-building, influence, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results with a focus on supporting others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to local contexts, while upholding humanitarian principles and standards.
• Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written) and a high level of English proficiency.
