Chief specialist (procurement) of the Engineering Infrastructure Department in Nacionalniy bank Ukrayini

Functional tasks:

• Creates appropriate material and technical support for the full-fledged operation of the engineering infrastructure of the National Bank;
• Consolidates the needs of the divisions of the National Bank regarding of material and technical support in the relevant direction;
• Performs market analysis, conducts marketing research, determination of market prices for material and technical resources;
• Prepares generalized information on planning purchases of material and technical values ​​for in the relevant direction;
•  Creates Requests No. 1 and Requests No. 2 in SAP for the consolidated purchase of material and technical values ​​for the needs of the divisions of the National Bank and accompanies the procurement procedures of goods, works and services;
• Prepares conclusions on the compliance of the participant of the procurement procedure, whose tender offer is determined to be the most economically advantageous according to the evaluation results, to the qualification criteria, as well as on the compliance of the participant's tender offer with the technical part of the tender documentation; to the SAP system of orders for the supply of material assets, performance of works and services in the relevant direction;
• Controls the expenses of the Department in accordance with the estimate of current revenues with support in SAP;
• Provides material resources for the activities of structural divisions of the central apparatus of the National Bank of Ukraine, including the workplaces of which are located in the regions of Ukraine;
• Initiates and accompanies, in compliance with the procedures established in the bank, the preparation and conclusion of contracts for goods and services that fall under the competence of the Department , with third-party organizations and supervises their implementation;
• Submits proposals to the annual procurement plan and amendments to the annual procurement plan;
• Participates in the development of necessary instructions, regulations and other regulatory documents within their powers..

• Full higher technical or economic education in a relevant professional field in the field of knowledge "Electrical engineering and electromechanics", "Economics of the enterprise" educational and qualification level of master, specialist;
