• A complete recruiting cycle from receiving the customer to organizing the candidate's employment process. l>
• Provision of quality candidates for the choice of the customer. Organization of internal inspections.
• Effective interaction with candidates and customer.
• Monitoring the labor market, conducting research (cuts) of salaries and other market analytics; 
• Formation of analytical reports to evaluate the efficiency of recruiters in all regions, collect and consolidate information on open and closed vacancies
• Participation in HR Initiatives of the Company.

• Higher education (preferably personnel management/Psychology/Philology).
• Recruiting experience more than 3 years.
• The experience of closing Middle, Top vacancies, including technical specialties.
• Skills of using different channels and candidate search tools and experience successful vacancies.

• Experience and successful examples of effective interaction with customers.
