Main functional duties:

- Work in the Service Desk system: processing requests and ensuring their prompt implementation.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Confident command of MS Teams and other Office 365 programs;
- The level of PC usage at the level of Advanced User;
- Experience in insurance (will be an advantage);
- Basic knowledge of insurance products;
- High level of stress resistance and developed communication skills;
