Requirements:

• availability of higher education according to an educational degree not lower than a bachelor's degree,
• fluency in the state language,
• ready to take without experience

Working conditions:

• Official employment (for the period of absence of the main employee)
• Working day Mon-Thurs: from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.; Fri: from 8.00 to 15.45;
• lunch break from 12.00 to 12.45

Duties:

• implementation of organizational measures to define tasks and key indicators of effectiveness, efficiency and quality of official activity of civil servants of the Main Department;
• implementation of organizational measures to determine the results of task performance and key indicators of effectiveness, efficiency and quality of official activity of civil servants of the Main Department;
• monitoring the performance of tasks and key indicators of effectiveness, efficiency and quality of official activity of civil servants of the Main Department, preparation of analytical materials;
• providing advice on personnel management issues.
